Once booking, all patients have access to a HIPPA-compliant patient portal. This will be your primary contact moving forward and I will respond promptly.
Important note: Kellye is available for in-office appointments Monday through Thursday. Jessica offers in-home appointments on Tuesdays and in-office appointments on Fridays.
